We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Pivot to insurance products
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with other clerical duties as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Friendly and approachable personality
